RAW MATERIALS

• Fabric
  Fabric choices and selections can often times be very difficult to make due to the complexity of weave, fiber content, and care instructions.  Purchased from some of the best distributors in the world, all fabrics used by Kate Boggiano are of the highest quality.  Our create your own blouse option will allow you to choose from our good, better, or luxury fabric categories while our collection features fabrics that we have classified as being better or luxury in order to provide the highest quality blouse on the market.
• Trim
  While many clothing companies choose inexpensive trim that ultimately breaks or falls apart, only the highest quality trim will be used to ensure longevity of the garment through its lifetime.  Examples of high quality goods that will be used are natural buttons, 100% polyester thread, and superior interfacings to maintain garment shape.




CRAFTSMANSHIP

• Design
  All our blouses and CYO options are designed with the end user in mind.  We design to flatter, not offend, and strive to be in style but not trendy and thereby achieving our classically modern design philosophy.
• Production
  We take great pride in the production of each and every blouse.  Our blouses feature high quality touches such as:  cross stitched buttons to ensure the buttons stay on the blouse where they belong; clean, smooth seams giving a hand tailored look and a great fit; and seam construction using 13-18 stitches per inch (SPI) versus the industry standard of 6-12 SPI to prevent ripping or tearing through an extended lifetime of wear and laundering.
  
  
  

Every style of blouse has gone through extensive fit testing before production on different sized and shaped women to guarantee the best fitting, most well proportioned blouse available to our customers.  All base patterns are drafted, draped, and tested on real people before they become stock patterns.  If a create your own blouse with the couture fit option is chosen, our well trained patternmakers will start from one of our stock patterns and adjust the pattern from the size questionnaire to ensure that the perfect fit is created.

Industry of any kind in the United States has become a rarity.  At Kate Boggiano, we strongly believe that USA production will allow us to create a dynamic, high quality brand as well as separate us from our competitors in the marketplace for the following reasons:

  Using USA production facilities allows us to make blouses virtually as they are ordered.  Most impressively, we will be able to manufacture a custom blouse in 10 days.  Once we receive your size, specifications, and order, we go to work-we are not sending your measurements over seas or communicating with a 3rd party-we are doing it right here, right now!

  We are able to monitor on all of our production locations and facilities ensuring that every blouse made is up to Kate Boggiano quality standards.

  60 day easy return policy for our collection and our create your own custom fit blouses.  Since our couture CYO blouses are made exactly for you, these blouses may not be returned unless we have made a mistake.  We will make every effort to guarantee that your couture blouse will fit before we ship it to prevent any return issues.
